Application

Sandblasting works with continuous feeding of the Sandblaster with blast material without disruption of refilling
High surface activity without extra costs caused by halt
It is possible to work with two Sandblasters with nozzles up to spray holes 16 mm simultaneously with a Sanblasting system

Product Description

Two pressure chambers on top one another (pressure pots).
Cycle 1: The lower blasting pot is filled with blast material, the lower conical shaped closer closes the pot upwards.
Now it is possibble to sandblast from the subject to pressure pot.
Meanwhile the upper pot is open, so that the blast material can be refilled.
After a certain programmed time (before the lower pot is entirely emptied) the upper conical shaped closure is closed, simultaneously the lower conical shaped closure opens.
Cycle 2:Now both pots are subject to pressure, the sanblasting can be continued. From the opened lower conical shaped closure the blast material runs from the upper pot into the lower pot and refills it.
Both cycles are continously repeated

Per Sandblaster one pneumatical dosage and air valve with pneumatic controller maximal hose length of approx. 40 to 60 mm needed, because of the deadman Safety controller switching times (VBG 48 § 15 Abs. 1) with electrical-pneumatic controller combined with the application of a rapid interruption the hose length is only limited by the pressure lost of sandblast hose
