Details of Customers

We have a loggin necessity rule for orders and inquiries in order to make it as simple as possible for you.
If you ask us for advice, offers or items that you order, your data will be saved in our inventory management system. We will handle your data strictly confidential according to the data protection rules. Your datas will only be passed to a third party with your permission.
If you register and create a "User Account" on the right, your address datas will be saved in our database. You do not have to enter your datas again by your next order or inquiry.

Orders

Your order is firstly "administered" which means you will receive an automatically generated confirmation mail from our webserver that we have received your message, inquiry or order. The legally valid agreement for sale comes with the order confirmation send by our inventory management system in which possible additional costs like shipping costs et cetera are listed. You can still disagree the order confirmation.
If you shall not order directly online but rather by call, fax or email, we must arise a fee for the administrative effort for orders less than 50,- EURO net an extra charge for small quantities of 17,50 EURO net.

Voucher on first order

Just create an account here: My ESSKA or use the option "Create an Useraccount" at your first order.
You can redeem voucher directly in your user account "My ESSKA" any time after your order. Your credit balance is automatically taken into account by your next online purchase.
Please note that payout of your balance is not possible.

Review products

You can review all of our items in the shop. Simply select the tab "Ratings" and then click "I would like to evaluate this item!". For items with variant products is important to note that only the base product can be reviewed. This means that it is not possible to review individual variant products.

Products you have ordered in our online shop, you can review once for a small thank-you in the form of a 5 € - voucher. For this purpose it is important that you are registered and logged in at the time of the order. Once we have accepted the order, you will find the items in your order history at My ESSKA. There you can also directly review all products. The voucher will be issued immediately.

Payment

You can pay by credit card, paypal, advance payment or invoice. The different possible payment methods are listed in the request or order function and must only be selected. We reserve the right to conduct appropriate credit checks, and then under certain circumstances in our order confirmation number other than the types required of you elected, such as prepayment.

Delivery and cost

We deliver fast. The delivery time across Europe is usually 4-7 days. On request we send, against an extra charge, whether by express with DHL. Because we can not keep all the presented items 100 000 Stock, there are some products where lead times is up to several weeks. This time we specify in the order confirmation. If we comply with delivery dates from which we are not reasons, can not influence (such as delay by our suppliers), then you will get the appropriate information. We deliver free of shipment fee on a contract value of from € 50, - net. This only applies to shipments that can be sent by parcel-service. For shipments which cannot be sent via parcel-service because of weight or volume only by freight carrier, the scheme on grounds of cost is unfortunately not observed.

Finally, our policy is: We live from satisfied customers. Therefore, we are very anxious to build a good relationship with you. In case of any disagreement we act fair and non-bureaucratic.
