Product Description
  • PU-2K Fast foam adheres to all building materials except PE / PP, Teflon®, silicone, greases, mold release agents, etc.
Application
  • Building material class B2 DIN 4102 Part 1. Two-component, self-expanding, ready use polyurethane foam
  • The rapid curing of the fresh foam takes place through specific chemical reaction between hardener and isocyanate without the addition of water or humidity evenly and simultaneously throughout the discharged amount of foam
Technical Data
  • To touch: after about 8 minutes. Can be cut: after 20 minutes
  • Entspreizbar: after 1 hour
  • Fully loadable: after about 3 hours (at +20 ° C and 65% R.H.)
  • Foam yield: 1 liter is about 20 liters
  • Resistant to water, heat and cold (-40 ° C to +100 ° C), but not resistant to UV radiation
