Product Description
- The PBT-2 ROTOBLAST tube blasting unit is an accessory for all Contracor blasting machines and can be used with common blasting machines.
- The PBT-2 ROTOBLAST can be used with nozzles from 6.5 mm to 9.5 mm and is suitable for pipes with an inner diameter of 300 to 900 mm.
- The centering carriage is infinitely adjustable for pipes with an inside diameter of 12 inches (304.8mm) to 36 inches (914.4mm).
- The rotating blasting head is driven by the supplied compressed air and diametrically positioned blasting nozzles.
- With an even feed of the device, a uniform blast cleaning of the inner pipe surface is achieved.
- A braking device ensures that the jet head rotates evenly
- The desired degree of cleaning can be achieved by adjusting the feed.
