Product Description
- The radial press REMS Mini-Press S 22V ACC enables the production of press connections of all common press fitting systems with a diameter of 10 to 40 mm.
- The radial press REMS Mini-Press S 22V ACC is characterized by its handy and light construction. Due to its compact dimensions and optimal weight distribution, it can be operated with one hand and is suitable for overhead work.
- After pressing, the forced flow ensures the automatic return of the pressing tongs and thus increases work, functional and operational safety. The ergonomically designed housing with soft grip also ensures safe handling, a work light is integrated.
- The compact design is made possible by the special arrangement of the pressing tongs connection (patent EP 1 952 948).
- The radial press can be used in mains and battery operation and can be placed on the battery with the pressing tongs inserted.
- The crimping tool holder can be rotated> 360 °, and the automatic locking ensures that the crimping and / or intermediate tongs are securely seated in the drive unit. The pressing process is particularly fast with less than 4 s. The drive unit is suitable for REMS pressing tongs MINI, REMS separating tongs MINI as well as for pressing tongs from other common manufacturers.
- The electrohydraulic drive with robust planetary gear, the eccentric piston pump and the high-performance hydraulic system, as well as the powerful battery motor, provide tons of pushing and pressing force.
- The scope of delivery includes a heavy-duty 21.6 V 1.5 Ah Li-Ion battery with a long runtime. Approximately 250 Viega Profipress DN 15 pressings are possible per load. In contrast to a Li-Ion 14.4 V battery, approx. 50% more pressing operations can be carried out. The quick charger ensures short charging times, the tiered charge status indicator with colored LED reliably shows the current battery status. No memory effect for maximum battery performance. A 230 V / 21.6 V power supply is available as an accessory (not included).
- The scope of delivery includes the REMS Mini-Press S 22V ACC drive machine, a Li-Ion 21.6 V battery with 1.5 Ah, a quick charger Li-Ion 230 V, 50 to 60 Hz, 70 W. The delivery is in one stable sheet steel box.
