Important Informations to the Sandblasting results

Good Sandblasting results are depending from the air pressure and the air amount on the nozzle.

Therefore the compressed air is very important.

i Steel constructions reach the best results at a air pressure of 6-7 bar, Stone and Concrete a pressure of 3-4 bar is recommended.

The Air amount on the nozzle is also very important.

The following tablet should help in finding the right compressor and nozzle type.

To avoid
pressure losses the compressor should be installed as close as possible to the sandblasting pot.

The Pipe profiles of the air hoses should be as large as possible to reduce a pressure loss.

The Compressor must be installed in a way that no sandblasting dust is sucked in.
