Product Description
- The 80P pressure blasting cabinet is ideal for blast cleaning, derusting, deburring, hardening, lapping, descaling and roughening surfaces, and is used for light to medium-duty industrial applications.
- The sturdy, fully welded structure is fitted with a pressure blasting system mounted on the cabin hopper and a free-standing cartridge filter.
- The cabin is loaded from the front via the front door, which swings up high, or from above using a crane.
- The scope of delivery includes the blasting booth with pressure blasting unit, NTC-5 tungsten carbide blasting nozzle, a 1/2-inch blasting hose, RGS-600 lined blasting gloves, a pneumatic pilot valve, a foot-operated remote control valve, an air filter with a drain valve, the DC-370 freestanding cartridge filter for dust separation, a filter cartridge and a suction hose.
- The filter cartridge is cleaned manually by opening and closing the ball valve in a pulsating manner; the cartridge can also be removed from the housing and cleaned externally.
- The blasting cabinet complies with all regulations regarding operational safety and the purification of process air, and is ready for use straight from the factory
