Product Description
- The mounted point is suitable for the fine grinding of press and forging dies and the fine grinding of weld seams made of stainless steel (INOX), titanium, light and non-ferrous metals as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary stage for polishing components for food and kitchen technology. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The mounted point is manufactured with a special, medium-hard PUR bond that is homogeneously interspersed with the abrasive grain silicon carbide. The medium-hard bond increases the aggressiveness during grinding in contrast to the version with a soft bond. The open structure and elastic bond ensure cool grinding. The mounted point achieves a very fine sanding pattern
- the mounted point achieves the best performance at a cutting speed of 10 to 15 m/s.
- For safety reasons, the maximum permissible speed must not be exceeded.
