Product Description
- The mounted point is suitable for fine grinding of edges, transitions, curves, bores, press countersinks and turbine blades on workpieces made of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The ball-shaped mounted point has a soft elastomer-based bond (GR) with the abrasive aluminium oxide
- the soft and elastic grain bond achieves a soft and fine sanding behaviour. The sanding pattern is particularly glossy and fine. The best results are achieved with the mounted point at a cutting speed of 10 to 12 m/s.
- For safety reasons, the maximum permissible speed must not be exceeded.
