Product Description
  • The blind rivet setting tool for blind rivets up to 5 mm Ø of all materials.
  • For BULB-TITE® blind rivets 4 mm, 5.2 mm and 6.3 mm Ø (aluminum and steel).
Application
  • AccuBird Pro is the latest generation battery-powered blind rivet setter and up to 4 times faster than commercially available battery-powered tools. With the brushless motor and a setting force of 13,000 N, the AccuBird Pro is extremely fast and can set blind rivets up to a diameter of 6 mm of all materials.
  • The BLDC motor of the AccuBird Pro is extremely durable and virtually wear-free. Compared to other battery-powered tools, the setting process is up to 4 times faster and comparable to pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet setting tools. With the optional autoreverse function, the pulling process is also shortened and the AccuBird Pro is immediately ready for use again.
  • The AccuBird Pro features the proven, low-wear chuck jaw system and the ergonomic design of the TAURUS series.
  • The working range of the AccuBird Pro includes blind rivets from 2.4 mm aluminum to 6 mm of all materials (maximum mandrel diameter 3.7 mm). It is important to use the correct pressure bush according to the operating instructions.
  • The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. It also ensures that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the hole before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact.
  • The contact pressure can be variably adjusted by springs depending on the application.
  • The press-on trigger mechanism is installed in addition to the trigger button of the unit. The riveter is only triggered when an adjustable pressure force is applied to the components. This ensures that the various components of the application are properly pressed together to prevent uncontrolled deformation of the rivet shaft between the materials. The pressing force can be varied in five steps by adding or removing springs.
  • Unintentional adjustment of the defined pressing force is impossible. A pushbutton is mounted in front of the standard release button.
  • The riveting process can only be triggered when the selected spring force has been overcome and the defined pressing force has been reached.
