Product Description
- Air-sparge nozzles are used where large volumes of air are required for blowing off with minimal compressed air consumption and a low noise level
- For cooling or ejecting parts as well as for simple blowguns
- Universal as single nozzles or in multiple nozzle systems for conveyor belts or transfer lines
- Air escapes through a thin, adjustable annular gap at almost the speed of sound
- This entrains ambient air, creating an air jet consisting of approx. 25 times the volume of air used
- Very low noise level and air consumption
- Ring gap can be infinitely adjusted from closed to 0.25 mm depending on the application
- The design prevents the air jet from being blocked and the associated risk of injury
- Material - aluminium or stainless steel 1.4436
- Thread - R 1/8" or R 1/4"
