Product Description
- Air amplifier for blowing off or extracting dust, exhaust gases, granulates or fibrous materials
- e.g. removal of chips, trimming residues, water, dust, etc.
- Cooling of cast parts and moulds
- Cleaning and cooling of extrusion parts
- Ventilation and extraction of smoke and vapours without fan (explosion protection)
- air escapes through a thin, adjustable annular gap at almost the speed of sound, entraining ambient air from the rear of the amplifier so that an amplified air jet emerges at the front
- when installed in a pipe system, the air amplifiers have a factory-set amplification factor of 12 to 25 : 1 (as an open system: 36 to 75 : 1, high-pressure nozzle 4 : 1)
- low air consumption
- significant noise reduction
- easy to control flow and pressure
- immediate on/off behaviour
- no electric current, no risk of explosion
- maintenance-free

- Temperature range: -20°C to max. + 120°C
