- The BIO-CIRCLE HP high-pressure parts washer is ideal for cleaning heavily soiled parts with challenging geometries, such as those made of steel, stainless steel or plastic.
- Thanks to the high precision of manual washing in combination with 40 bar pressure, the BIO-CIRCLE HP enables efficient cleaning of the most stubborn soiling such as special greases and burnt-on oils.
- The high-pressure partial washbasin can be recirculated and can be operated with the lid open and closed.
- The washing cabin works with high-pressure cleaning, manual cleaning is carried out with a continuous brush.
- The working pressure can be adjusted from 8 to 80 bar and is optimised using a high-pressure gun.
- The cleaning temperature is 45 °C, the insulated tank prevents heat loss and saves energy.
- The payload is up to 350 kg and crane loading is also possible.
- Thanks to the integrated oxygen supply, a significantly longer bath life is guaranteed by microorganisms.
- It is operated via a foot switch that is easy to reach, while a pull-out footboard ensures maximum operating comfort for users of different heights.
- The LED interior lighting ensures good lighting conditions, allowing even difficult parts to be recognised precisely.
- The interior is equipped with a fan for ventilation.
- The writing area is kept continuously clear by an air nozzle and can also be cleaned of splashes using a wiper.
- The optimum combination with the VOC-reduced and label-free cleaner and degreaser BIO-CIRCLE L Evo increases work safety and reduces operating costs.
- As an option, a manually operated stainless steel turntable can support the cleaning of heavy parts.
