Product Description
- The Standard-Profi folding bench is suitable for vice and table mounting.
- The Profi-Standard folding bench with high rising upper beam has a working width of 1000 mm (plus small reserve) and is ideally suited for sheets up to 1.0 mm.
- Tip - For thicker sheets or permanent bending, additionally support the upper cheek with a screw clamp so that it remains level.
- When opening, the upper beam is turned upwards by two special screw constructions (upper beam stroke thus up to approx. 73 mm), bending beam points vertically downwards when unloaded.
- Tilting up to approx. 135° possible.
- Rear lug for vice mounting is 150 x 25 mm.
- In addition, two short lateral feet for table mounting (support surface 50x68 mm, 2 drilled holes 11 mm each), sturdy screws at the rear for adjusting and holding larger curves (the sheet metal is pressed against these screws when bending upwards).
- The front handles have a plastic coating for a better grip.
- The contact surface of the bending beam is 12 mm (for producing narrow Z-profiles)
- Please note - The bending beam points outwards with the reinforcement, then it also hangs vertically downwards. If the bending beam is mounted the other way round, the reinforcement at the front does not interfere, but the beam does not hang vertically downwards (approx. 100°) and the bending radius increases as the gap at the bottom becomes larger.
