Product Description
- The bending bench Standard-Profi is suitable for vise and table mounting.
- The working width is 1000 mm (plus small reserve) and is ideally suited for sheets up to 1.0 mm.
- Tip - For thicker sheets or permanent edging, support the upper jaw additionally with a screw clamp, so that it remains flat.
- The upper beam is pressed by a strong spring when opening up, bending cheek shows in the unloaded state vertically downwards.
- Edges up to approx. 135 ° possible.
- Rear vise for vise mounting is 150 x 25 mm.
- In addition, two lateral short feet for table mounting (support surface 50x68 mm, each 2 holes 11 mm), stable screws at the back for adjusting and counteracting larger curves (when bending up the sheet is pressed against these screws).
- The handles on the front are covered with plastic for a better grip.
- The support surface of the bending beam has 12 mm (for producing narrow Z-profiles)
- Please note - The bending cheek points outwards with the reinforcement, then it also hangs vertically downwards. If you attach the bending beam the other way around, then the reinforcement does not disturb the front, but the cheek does not hang down vertically (about 100 °) and the bending radius increases as the gap grows larger downwards.
