Product Description
- The mobile folding bench Standard-Profi is suitable for universal use in schools, on construction sites and in workshops.
- Also for hobbyists, semi-professionals and professionals for occasional use.
- The folding bench has a working width of 450 mm and can be used for sheets up to 1.2 mm (tip: for thicker sheets or permanent folding, additionally support the upper beam with a screw clamp so that it remains level).
- The upper beam is pressed upwards by a strong spring when opened, the bending beam points vertically downwards when unloaded (the bending beam can be mounted with the reinforcement pointing outwards or inwards, in which case it also hangs vertically downwards). If the bending beam is fitted with the reinforcement facing inwards, it will not interfere with the front of the edging).
- Tilting up to approx. 135° possible.
- The rear lug is for vice mounting (120x22 mm), stable screws at the rear for adjusting and holding larger curves (the sheet metal is pressed against these screws when bending up).
- The handles have a plastic coating at the front for a better grip.
- Please note - The bending beam faces outwards with the reinforcement, so it also hangs vertically downwards. If the bending beam is mounted the other way round, the reinforcement at the front does not interfere, but the beam does not hang vertically downwards (approx. 100°) and the bending radius increases as the gap at the bottom becomes larger.
