Product Description
- The blind rivet nut setting tool sets blind rivet nuts with left-hand threads from M3 to M10 of all materials as well as M12 in aluminum and steel.
- Specially designed for setting blind rivet nuts with left-hand thread.
- The pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet nut setting tool FireFox® can either be controlled via a stroke setting or a setting force setting.
- The latter in particular ensures that the material to be joined and the thread are protected, as well as secure anchoring of the blind rivet nut and high process reliability.
- The choice between lifting or setting force-controlled depends on the length of the blind rivet nut and the thickness of the material to be joined. Blind rivet nut sizes with the same or varying lengths in varying joining material thicknesses require setting force adjustment.
- If the same blind rivet nut size and length is always used in the same material thickness, a constant setting stroke can be used
- Fast and precise pre-setting of the setting force using the color-coded setting ring
- New stroke scale can be adjusted easily and safely even under poor lighting conditions
- Maximum stroke clearly recognizable by marking with a blue ring on the stroke scale
- Throttle plate - even safer and gentler setting thanks to the automatic throttle from M3 blind rivet nuts
- Card with quick setting) Improved service life of the control spool thanks to sealing rings made of PTFE and optimized control bores
