  • The bulkhead screw connection with M-5ER reduction is ideal for compact pneumatic systems in which a transition between two hose sizes is to be routed through a housing wall or mounting plate, e.g. in test benches, control boxes or measuring devices.
  • It enables space-saving reduction without additional adapters.
  • Particularly advantageous is the simple and quick installation in applications with frequent modifications or limited space.
  • The connection remains reliably sealed even with changing media flows.
  • The M-5ER is suitable for compressed air and water applications (non-frozen).
Description
  • The bulkhead screw connection with reduction M-5ER is a compact connecting element for feeding through and simultaneously reducing polyurethane hoses from a diameter of 3.2 mm to 2 mm.
  • It combines a bulkhead fitting with integrated plug-in reduction in a single component.
  • The connection consists of a nickel-plated brass grommet, a stainless steel bushing, a nut for plate fastening and an integrated seal.
  • Tool-free hose assembly is carried out on both sides by plugging in, and the plate is attached by simply screwing it in place.
  • The connection is vibration-proof, reusable and designed for applications with limited installation space.
