Product Description
- The fixed castor is suitable for the smooth movement of very heavy goods and machinery, offering high load-bearing capacity and reduced rolling resistance on hard industrial floors.
- The fixed castor is a heavy-duty castor with a cast iron wheel body and a brown polyurethane tread with a Shore A hardness of 93, available in wheel widths of 50 mm and diameters ranging from 125 to 200 mm.
- It features a hot-dip galvanised sheet steel housing with a mounting plate and a multi-hole pattern of 105 x 84/76 mm, a very high material thickness of 8.00 mm (mounting) and 6.00 mm (fork), as well as a double ball bearing for extremely heavy-duty and smooth running.
- The polyurethane tread ensures low rolling resistance, high abrasion resistance and gentle movement on hard surfaces.
- The castor is designed for temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C and, depending on the model, can handle loads of 700 to 1000 kg with overall heights of 170 to 245 mm.
- The fixed castor is designed for use in very heavy-duty transport applications with high demands on load capacity and running comfort in industrial and production environments.
