Product Description
- The swivel castor is suitable for the controlled movement and secure positioning of very heavy loads in industrial, manufacturing and logistics applications.
- The swivel castor is an extremely durable heavy-duty castor with a cast iron wheel body and a brown polyurethane tread with a hardness of 93 Shore A, fitted with double ball bearings and a total lock in the front.
- The electro-galvanised sheet steel housing features a swivel bearing with a double ball slewing ring and a mounting plate with a 105 x 84 / 76 mm bolt pattern.
- The housing is particularly robust, with material thicknesses of 8.00 mm in the mounting area and 6.00 mm in the fork.
- The castor has a hub width of 60 mm, a wheel width of 50 mm and is available in wheel diameters ranging from 125 mm to 200 mm.
- It is suitable for a temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C and complies with the DIN EN 12533 test standard, with a dynamic load capacity of between 700 kg and 1000 kg depending on the model.
- The swivel castor is designed for use in extremely heavy-duty transport applications, offering high load-bearing capacity and shock-absorbing running characteristics.
