- The electrically conductive swivel castor with total lock is suitable for the safe dissipation of static charge and for the fixed positioning of transport equipment in ESD-sensitive work areas.
- The swivel castor with total brake consists of an electrically conductive wheel with a wheel body made of blue galvanised sheet steel and a black solid rubber tread with a Shore A hardness of 85°.
- It features a robust, electro-galvanised sheet steel housing with a swivel bearing and a double ball bearing swivel ring, and is mounted via a bolt-on plate.
- The total lock allows both the wheel and the swivel ring to be locked simultaneously, ensuring stability during use.
- The castor is fitted with a roller bearing and a bolted wheel axle, including all necessary axle components, and has a load capacity of 50 kg to 140 kg, depending on the model.
- It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C and is specially designed for use in electrostatic-sensitive areas.
