- The CLEAN BOX Max 1 made of sturdy polyethylene is suitable for simple and efficient cleaning of large, bulky or angled parts during production and maintenance in many workshops and production areas.
- The use of NSF-certified cleaning agents makes the CLEAN BOX suitable for use in the food industry.
- The CLEAN BOX Max 1 is perfect for cleaning bulky parts up to a weight of 1000 kg and a length of up to 1200 mm.
- Surface contaminants such as oils, special greases or wax residues are removed thoroughly and residue-free manually using a continuous-flow gun with an integrated washing brush.
- A stainless steel control box is fitted for the integrated electric feed pump and an electro-pneumatic foot switch.
- The pump delivers the detergent from the supply tank via the washing brush onto the items to be cleaned.
- An indicator light signals the functional status of the pump.
- The cleaning medium flows from the workpieces back into the storage tank and is fed back into the cycle.
- Unheated, water-based cleaning media with a pH value between 7 and 12 are used to protect the built-in electronics.
- The CLEAN BOX Max 1 helps to protect the environment thanks to its recirculation system, as the cleaning agent can be used several times.
