Product Description
- The CLEAN BOX Max 1 made of stable polyethylene is suitable in many workshops and production areas for easy and efficient cleaning of large, bulky or angled parts during production and maintenance.
- By using NSF-certified cleaning agents, the CLEAN BOX is suitable for use in the food industry.
- The CLEAN BOX Max 1 is perfect for cleaning unwieldy parts up to a weight of 1000 kg and a length of up to 1200 mm.
- Surface contamination such as oils, special greases or wax residues are removed manually using a flow gun with an integrated washing brush, thoroughly and without residue.
- A stainless steel switch box is attached for the integrated electric feed pump and an electropneumatic foot switch.
- The pump conveys the cleaning agent from the storage tank via the washing brush onto the items to be cleaned.
- A control lamp signals the functional status of the pump.
- The cleaning medium flows back from the workpieces into the storage tank and is fed back into the circuit.
- Unheated, water-based cleaning media with a pH value between 7 and 12 are used to protect the built-in electronics.
- The CLEAN BOX Max 1 helps protect the environment thanks to its circulatory system, as the cleaning agent can be used several times.
