Product Description
  • The sturdy CLEAN BOX made of high-density polyethylene with immersion basket and lid is ideal for mobile parts cleaning in many workshops and production areas for the manufacture and maintenance of various system parts and workpieces.
  • Equipped with handle openings, the CLEAN BOX is easy to stack or transport so that it can be used productively in different locations.
  • The box can be used flexibly and is ideal for work areas with limited floor space or on the customer's premises.
  • The use of NSF-certified cleaning agents makes the CLEAN BOX suitable for use in the food industry.
Description
  • The box is suitable for cleaning, degreasing, soaking or derusting components and workpieces.
  • The HDPE material is insensitive to the use of aqueous, acidic and alkaline cleaning agents.
  • Once cleaning is complete, the immersion basket is lifted out of the box with the workpiece inside, rotated 180 degrees and then placed on the inside edge of the immersion box to drain.
  • The cleaning fluid remaining in the box is then available again.
  • The box is characterised by easy handling and the health and environmentally friendly use of low-temperature cleaners.
  • The fitted lid prevents the detergent from evaporating, promotes reuse of the cleaning medium and increases the profitability of the CLEAN BOX.
  • The box can be stacked easily and stably so that several cleaning baths can be set up at the same time to save space.
  • The Bio-Circle cleaners CB 100, CB 100 Alu, Omni and BIO-RUST are particularly suitable as cleaning media.
  • We recommend rinsing the workpieces after cleaning.
