- The CLEAN BOX, made from high-density polyethylene and featuring an immersion basket and lid, is suitable for mobile parts cleaning in workshops and production areas, as well as for the manufacture and maintenance of various plant components and workpieces.
- The handle openings allow the CLEAN BOX to be carried and stacked, and it can be used in a variety of locations.
- The box is particularly suitable for workspaces with limited floor space, as well as for on-site use at the customer’s premises.
- Depending on the cleaning medium used, the CLEAN BOX can also be used in areas where appropriately registered cleaning agents are required. The relevant specifications and operating conditions for the cleaning agent must be observed.
- The CLEAN BOX is suitable for cleaning, degreasing, soaking and derusting components and workpieces. It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and can be used with suitable aqueous, acidic and alkaline cleaning agents. Material compatibility must be checked for each specific cleaning agent used.
- Once the cleaning process is complete, the immersion basket containing the workpieces is lifted out of the box, rotated through 180° and placed on the designated inner edge of the cleaning box to drain. The draining cleaning fluid is collected in the box and can be reused if suitable.
- The CLEAN BOX features a removable lid, which helps to minimise evaporation of the cleaning solution during storage. Its stackable design allows several cleaning boxes containing different cleaning solutions to be arranged in a space-saving manner.
- Suitable Bio-Circle cleaners such as CB 100, CB 100 Alu, Omni and BIO-RUST can be used for this application. The choice of cleaning agent depends on the material and the type of contamination.
- After cleaning, it is recommended that the workpieces be rinsed with clean water, provided that the instructions for use of the cleaning agent specify this.
