Product Description
  • The stable CLEAN BOX made of high-density polyethylene with immersion basket and lid is ideally suited for mobile parts cleaning in many workshops and production areas during the production and maintenance of various system parts and workpieces.
  • Equipped with handle openings, the CLEAN BOX is easy to stack or transport in order to be used productively at different locations.
  • The box can be used flexibly and is ideal for work areas with limited floor space or at the customer's site.
  • By using NSF-certified cleaning agents, the CLEAN BOX is suitable for use in the food industry.
Application
  • The box is suitable for cleaning, degreasing, soaking or derusting components and workpieces.
  • The HDPE material is insensitive to the use of aqueous, acidic and alkaline cleaning media.
  • After cleaning, the immersion basket with the workpiece in it is lifted out of the box, rotated 180 degrees and then placed on the inside edge of the immersion box to allow it to drip off.
  • The cleaning liquid remaining in the box is then available again.
  • The box is characterized by easy handling and the use of low-temperature cleaners in a health and environmentally friendly way.
  • The attached lid prevents evaporation of the cleaner, encourages reuse of the cleaning agent and increases the profitability of the CLEAN BOX.
  • The box can be stacked easily and stably so that several cleaning baths can be created at the same time to save space.
  • The Bio-Circle cleaners CB 100, CB 100 Alu, Omni and BIO-RUST are particularly suitable as cleaning media.
  • After cleaning, rinsing the workpieces is recommended.
