The REMS Mini-Press ACC radial press enables the production of press connections for all common press fitting systems with a diameter of 10 to 40 mm.

Description

The REMS Mini-Press ACC is characterised by its handy and lightweight design. Thanks to its compact dimensions and optimum weight distribution, it can be operated with one hand and is suitable for working in confined spaces as well as overhead.
After pressing, the positive return mechanism ensures that the pressing tongs return automatically, thus increasing work, functional and operational safety. The ergonomically designed housing also ensures safe handling, and an LED work light is integrated.
The compact design is made possible by the special arrangement of the press tong connection (patent EP 1 952 948).
The radial press can be used with mains power or battery power.
The press tong holder can be rotated, and the automatic locking mechanism ensures that the press tongs and/or intermediate tongs sit securely in the drive unit. The drive unit is suitable for REMS MINI press tongs, REMS MINI cutting tongs and press tongs from other common manufacturers.
The electro-hydraulic drive with robust planetary gear, eccentric piston pump and high-performance hydraulic system, as well as the powerful accumulator motor, provide tens of tons of thrust and pressing force.
The scope of delivery includes a heavy-duty 14.4 V 1.5 Ah Li-ion battery. The quick charger ensures short charging times and no memory effect for maximum battery performance. A 230 V/14.4 V power supply unit is available as an accessory (not included in the scope of delivery). Delivery is in a sturdy sheet steel case.
