Product Description
- the cutting disc is an abrasive designed for demanding cutting tasks and enables the cutting of profiles, pipes and solid material made of cast iron, stone, plastic and non-ferrous metals
- it is particularly suitable for cutting tasks that require high lateral stability and is used with powerful stationary cut-off machines
- soft and straight cutting disc from the PFERD SG-ELASTIC performance line with two outer cloths
- it has a very long service life and very high lateral stability
- thanks to the smooth cutting surface and the blank cutting pattern during cold cutting, reworking is not necessary
- the cutting disc has a self-sharpening effect, which means that the cutting quality remains consistently high over the entire service life of the disc
- at 85 to 95 dBA, the noise level during hot cutting is lower than during hot sawing (105 to 110 dBA)
- for safety reasons, the maximum permissible speed must not be exceeded
