Product Description
- The ZVA cyclone pre-separator is used for the efficient pre-separation of coarse parts and particles.
- It is primarily used for applications with coarse, sharp-edged and abrasive material, such as wood, metal and plastic chips as well as flaky, fibrous material and large amounts of dust.
- It is ideal for supplementing and relieving stationary extraction systems and helps to reduce the necessary air velocity and the power requirement in pipework.
- This increases energy efficiency and reduces operating costs.
- Its design allows it to be used both directly at the source and immediately upstream of the filter system.
- The ZVA cyclone pre-separator has a tangential supply of process air, which reliably separates the material in the lower collection area and separates it from the extraction and filter system. This relieves the main filters and reduces wear in the pipework.
- Separation takes place either in collection containers or continuously via a rotary valve into suitable disposal containers such as big bags or containers.
- Thanks to its robust design and versatile installation options, the ZVA can be flexibly adapted to the respective production environment.
