- The FILTERBLOC M dust collector is used to extract a wide variety of free-flowing dusts from numerous industrial processes.
- It is suitable for machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, deburring, grinding, brushing, polishing, cleaning and blasting.
- It is also used in grinding, crushing and chopping operations, as well as in weighing, mixing, vibrating and processing operations.
- The FILTERBLOC M also provides reliable dust collection during sprinkling, flocking, dusting, tableting, granulation, sieving and screening.
- Typical areas of application include metalworking, GRP, compound and plastics processing, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the food sector, and the ceramics, stone and earthenware industries.
- The FILTERBLOC M dust collector is designed to capture and filter dry, free-flowing dust generated during industrial processes.
- The unit features a compact design and is connected to a mains power supply and a compressed air supply for operation.
- The cartridge filters are used to separate the captured dust particles from the air stream.
- Automatic filter cleaning is carried out via a differential pressure-controlled compressed air cleaning system. In addition, an off-line cleaning cycle is provided for after the system has been switched off.
- The collected dust is stored in dust collection bins fitted with castors, which can be removed for emptying.
