- The FILTERBLOC M dust extractor is used to extract a wide variety of free-flowing dusts from numerous industrial processes.
- It is suitable for machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, deburring, grinding, brushing, polishing, cleaning and blasting.
- It is also used for grinding, crushing, chopping, weighing, mixing, vibrating and preparation processes.
- The FILTERBLOC M also offers reliable dust collection during sprinkling, flocking, dusting, tableting, granulating, sieving and separating.
- Typical areas of application are metal processing, GRP, compound and plastics processing, the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, the food industry and the ceramics, stone and earth industry.
- The FILTERBLOC M dust extractor is a powerful dust extractor for collecting and filtering a wide variety of dry, free-flowing dusts.
- Thanks to its compact design, the system requires little floor space and is immediately ready for operation thanks to the plug-and-play connection of compressed air and electricity.
- The high-quality cartridge filters with optimised filter geometry ensure excellent separation performance and a long service life.
- Automatic filter cleaning takes place via energy-saving compressed air cleaning with differential pressure control and integrated OFF-line cleaning after the system is switched off.
- Large dust collection containers on castors make it easier to empty the dust and reduce maintenance work.
