- The extraction arms in the EK series are used for a wide range of applications for capturing dust, smoke, gases, odours and oil mist.
- They are suitable for work processes such as welding, burning, soldering, turning, milling, drilling, deburring, grinding, brushing, polishing, cleaning and blasting.
- They are also used for grinding, crushing, chopping, weighing, mixing, vibrating, processing, coating, filling, gluing and numerous other dust-generating processes.
- Thanks to various length options up to 4 metres and flexible connection options to fans, stationary filter units or central extraction systems, the extraction arms can be optimally integrated into a wide range of production environments.
- The extraction arms in the EK series are designed according to the latest aerodynamic principles and ensure particularly energy-efficient extraction thanks to an extremely low pressure loss.
- The flow-optimised design of the nozzle plate enables large-area and uniform collection of pollutants with a 50% larger collection area compared to conventional funnel bonnets.
- The self-supporting tube design dispenses with internal rods, which minimises soiling on the inside and significantly reduces maintenance work.
- The external friction joints allow easy readjustment and particularly smooth operation with just one hand.
- The compact design reduces energy consumption by up to 50% and thus enables lower fan performance and investment costs.
