- The pneumatic valve is used in pneumatic control systems and is suitable for applications with medium flow rates, very short switching times and compact dimensions.
- The VUWG-L10-M52 series pneumatic valve is a 5/2-way valve in piston-spool design with M7 connections.
- Depending on the design, it offers a flow rate of 320 to 380 l/min and operates at working pressures of up to 10 bar.
- With switching times of only 6–16 ms, it is suitable for fast control tasks.
- The valves are directly controlled, RoHS-compliant and suitable for clean room class 5 according to ISO 14644-1.
