- The VUWG-L10-P53 series pneumatic valve is a 5/3-way valve in piston-slider design with M5 connections.
- With a flow rate of 200 l/min and short switching times, it is ideal for precise control tasks.
- All variants are designed for direct operation with compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4], are RoHS-compliant and meet cleanroom class 5 in accordance with ISO 14644-1.
