- The VUWG-L18-B52-G14 pneumatic valve is a directly controlled 5/2 bistable piston spool valve with a valve size of 18 mm and G1/4 connections.
- With a normal nominal flow rate of 1380 l/min and a switching time of 12 ms, it is designed for dynamic control tasks.
- The valve is reversible, vacuum-compatible, RoHS-compliant and meets cleanroom class 5 according to ISO 14644-1.
