Product Description
- The pneumatic valve is used in pneumatic control systems and is suitable for applications with high flow rates, stable construction and short switching times.
- The VUWG-L18-P53 series pneumatic valve is a directly controlled 5/3 valve in piston-slider design with a valve size of 18 mm and G1/4 connections.
- With a normal nominal flow rate of 1000 to 1200 l/min and switching times of 17 ms (on), 69 ms (off) and 34 ms (changeover), it is suitable for dynamic control tasks.
- The valve is vacuum-compatible, RoHS-compliant, reversible and meets cleanroom class 5 according to ISO 14644-1.
