- The Festo solenoid valve VUVG-B10A-B52-ZT-F-1P3 is a compact 5/2-way valve with a size of 10 mm.
- It is pilot-operated with an external control air supply and is suitable for compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4].
- With a nominal bore of 2 mm, a standard nominal flow rate of 100 l/min and short switching times, it is ideal for dynamic applications.
- The valve is RoHS-compliant, LABS-tested, vacuum-compatible and approved for clean room applications in accordance with ISO 14644-1, Class 5.
