Product Description
- The FILTERBLOC XL dust extractor is used to extract a wide variety of free-flowing dusts in many industrial processes.
- It is suitable for machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, deburring, grinding, brushing, polishing, cleaning and blasting.
- Other areas of application include grinding, crushing, chopping as well as weighing, mixing, vibrating and preparation processes.
- The FILTERBLOC XL is also used successfully for sprinkling, flocking, dusting, tableting, granulating, sieving and separating.
- Typical sectors include metal processing, GRP, compound and plastics processing, the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, food production and the ceramics, stone and earth industry.
- The FILTERBLOC XL dust extractor is a particularly powerful extraction and filter unit for the efficient collection and filtration of dry, free-flowing dust.
- Thanks to its compact design, the system requires little floor space and is quickly ready for use thanks to the plug-and-play connection.
- The integrated frequency converter enables the suction power to be continuously adjusted to the respective application.
- High-quality cartridge filters with optimised filter geometry ensure excellent cleaning performance and a long service life.
- Dust is conveniently removed via large collection containers with rollers, which significantly reduces maintenance work.
