Product Description
- The grinding pin is suitable for the fine grinding of press and forging dies and the fine grinding of welds made of stainless steel (INOX), titanium, light and non-ferrous metals as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary step for polishing components for food and kitchen technology. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The abrasive pencil is made with a special, soft PUR bond that is homogeneously interspersed with the abrasive grain of silicon carbide. The open structure and the elastic binding ensure a cool cut.
- The sanding pencil is characterized by a very fine sanding pattern and a soft sanding behavior, with a cutting speed of 10 to 15 m / s it achieves the best performance.
- For safety reasons, the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded.
