Product Description
- the mounted point is suitable for surface finishing, fine grinding of edges, transitions, press dies and turbine blades as well as fine surface grinding of workpieces made of unhardened steel, stainless steel and titanium
- it is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders
- the mounted point has a soft yet stable bond (GHR) on an elastomer base
- a mixture of aluminium oxide and silicon carbide was used as the abrasive; for grain size 400, this consists of silicon carbide and white aluminium oxide
- the sanding pattern is particularly glossy and fine
- the best results are achieved with the mounted point at a cutting speed of 20 to 25 m/s
- for safety reasons, the maximum permissible speed must not be exceeded
- Abrasive material - aluminium oxide/silicon carbide, aluminium oxide/silicon carbide
- Binding - GHR
