Product Description
- the mounted point is suitable for deburring and regrinding bores and for applying chamfers to workpieces made of case-hardened, roller bearing, ball bearing and tool steels as well as other hardened steel types with a hardness from approx. 54 HRC
- the pointed cone-shaped mounted point is made of CBN (cubic crystalline boron nitride) on an electroplated bond and can be used for wet and dry grinding
- the service life and material removal rate are very high due to the use of the super-hard CBN abrasive
- the single-shift occupancy eliminates the need for time-consuming dressing, reducing unproductive non-productive time
