Product Description
  • The grinding pin is suitable for fine sanding of press and forging dies and fine grinding of stainless steel (INOX), titanium, light and non-ferrous metals as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary stage for polishing on components for food and kitchen technology
  • It is used in connection with bending waves, electric and pneumatic air grinders
Application
  • The grinding pin is produced with a special and soft PUR bond which is homogeneously interspersed with the abrasive grain silicon carbide
  • The open structure and the elastic binding ensure a cool cut
  • The grinding pin achieves a very fine grinding pattern and a soft grinding behavior
  • At a cutting speed of 10 to 15 m / s, the grinding pin achieves the best performance
  • For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
