Product Description
- Grinding wheel for the areas of tool, mold and model making, used in the automotive, aerospace and aerospace industries as well as in engine, container and apparatus construction
- especially for working on wear protection coatings and tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, titanium carbide etc. and for the machining of Hastelloy®, Inconel® and Titan materials used in engine construction
- Also suitable for hard materials such as carbide, glass, ceramic, enamel, stone and GRP / CFK
- The grinding wheel is used to process the hardest materials
- it is to be used with medium hard or hard COMBIDISC® grinding wheel holders (not included)
- Thanks to the COMBIDISC® process, it is easy to use, offers vibration-free running and does not have to be glued or loosened by heat, which means that the tool can be changed quickly
- The CD clamping system has an internal thread on the tool side and is compatible with the following systems: PSG, Power Lock Type II "turn on", SocAtt and Turn-On
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during use and improves working comfort
- please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- the grain size is given in micrometers, 251 μm corresponds to P 60, 126 μm corresponds to P 120 and 76 μm corresponds to P 220 (according to ISO 6344)
- for a long service life and consistent grinding performance please use a suitable grinding oil
