Product Description
- In all areas of industrial production as well as in workshops for maintenance and metalworking, the HP Vigo manual parts washer finds its useful application.
- For example, painted surfaces, stainless steel, steel or plastic can be cleaned highly efficiently by using a suitable cleaning medium.
- HP Vigo manual high-pressure parts washer is equipped with a large work surface in an enclosed washing cabin with a large viewing window.
- Fan jet nozzles ensure good visual control of the work steps through optimum window cleaning.
- For drying the cleaned parts, the unit has a compressed air gun.
- An increased opening angle of the lid makes it possible to insert workpieces weighing up to 150 kg by means of crane loading.
- The system uses a high-pressure nozzle, adjustable up to 80 bar working pressure, to remove the heaviest soiling caused by oils, greases and environmental dirt from entire components without having to dismantle them first.
- The high-pressure pump can only be activated via a foot switch when the lid is closed.
- By using Bio-Circle's recyclable, VOC and label-free cleaners such as CB 100, Liquid EVO or L Star, occupational safety is significantly increased and operating costs are significantly reduced by extending the service life of the equipment.
