Product Description
- The KQ2W screw-in angle is used to mount pneumatic hoses at a greater distance from the mounting surface on a threaded connection, thereby facilitating cable routing.
- It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and in pneumatic control and supply systems with limited space directly at the connection.
- It is particularly advantageous for use in system components with built-up parts, where the height prevents collisions and allows for better hose routing.
- The KQ2W contributes to a flexible, safe and space-saving pneumatic installation.
- The high screw-in angle KQ2W is made of high-quality materials such as POM for the pressure ring and precision-machined metal components made of brass, chemically nickel-plated brass or 303 stainless steel.
- The connection thread is coated with a thread sealant at the factory.
- Its extended design allows pneumatic hoses to be connected to a threaded connection with additional clearance to the mounting surface.
- The oval pressure ring significantly reduces the force required to insert and remove the hoses, enabling quick, tool-free installation.
- The swivel design allows flexible alignment of the connection direction during installation.
- The precise workmanship ensures permanently secure and tight hose connections, even with frequent reconnection.
