- The HP high-pressure parts washing station is ideal for cleaning heavily soiled parts with complex geometries, such as those made of steel, stainless steel or plastic.
- Thanks to the high precision of manual washing combined with a pressure of 40 bar, the HP enables the efficient removal of even the most stubborn dirt, such as speciality greases and burnt-on oils.
- The high-pressure parts washing bench is suitable for recirculation and can be operated with the lid either open or closed.
- The wash bay uses high-pressure cleaning; manual cleaning is carried out using a rotating brush.
- The working pressure is adjustable from 8 to 80 bar; for optimum handling, use a high-pressure gun.
- The cleaning temperature is 45 °C; the insulated tank prevents heat loss and saves energy.
- The load capacity is up to 350 kg, and it can also be loaded by crane.
- Thanks to the integrated oxygen supply, a significantly longer service life of the bath is ensured by microorganisms.
- The machine is operated via an easily accessible foot switch, whilst a pull-out footrest ensures maximum ease of use for operators of different heights.
- The LED interior lighting ensures good lighting conditions, allowing even difficult-to-see parts to be clearly identified.
- The interior is fitted with a fan for ventilation.
- The workpiece is kept clear at all times by an air nozzle and can also be cleaned of splashes using a wiper.

- A manually operated stainless steel turntable is available as an optional extra to assist with the cleaning of heavy parts.
