Product Description
- The high vacuum valve is ideally suited for all applications in the high vacuum range when using pneumatic tools.
- This valve is ideal for applications where built-in valves are required that close automatically without removing the hose.
- The high vacuum valve opens and closes the vacuum line in synchronisation with the operation of the respective tool by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
- The cylinder is actuated by means of a flow valve (for pneumatic tools).
- This high vacuum valve reduces the required drive power of the vacuum unit, as the suction line is only opened when the tools are in operation (cf. arc time during welding).
- When combined with a microswitch (AS set), the unit is controlled simultaneously (start/stop).
- The closing time delay (optional) detects residual dust and smoke through the adjustable closing time.
- On the suction side, the valve is conical on the inside to accommodate series 50 hose connectors.
- The valve is supplied with a connecting sleeve for external connection to the pipework.
