- The cleaning system is also ideal for parts cleaning in production and manufacturing processes.
- The BASIC equipment package for the HTW-II is ideal for cleaning standard parts.
- The package includes fan nozzles and digital temperature control.
- The compact, fully automatic hot water parts washer made entirely of stainless steel is robust, powerful, energy-efficient and naturally resistant to acids and alkalis.
- The maintenance-friendly, three-dimensional high-pressure spraying system is operated by a powerful stainless steel pump and, together with the rotating cleaning basket, ensures thorough cleaning and degreasing of all embedded parts.
- By adding the product "Corrosion protection for aqueous systems", a temporary preservation of the cleaned workpieces can also be achieved.
- For optimum utilisation of the HTW-II parts washer, the use of the following Bio-Circle cleaning media is recommended:
- CB 100, suitable for the food industry.
- CB 100 Alu, with tarnish protection thanks to special aluminium formula.
