Product Description
- The free jet device with accessories offers you a favourable introduction to carbonisation blasting.
- The device offers a large tank and lower air consumption than a pressure blasting device. However, the latter can also be a disadvantage, as an injector device is not as powerful and quick to remove as a pressure blasting device. In addition, a separate industrial vacuum cleaner must be connected to the extraction adapter.
- The scope of delivery includes a chassis with three wheels, a plastic blasting container with a capacity of approx. 19 litres, a handle, a professional blasting gun, a nozzle for other blasting work, a hose approx. 2.3 m long and the "Set1" accessory set, consisting of an adapter ring to slide onto the blasting lances, a steel adapter, a plastic attachment for holding the large spot nozzle and brush, a small and a large round rubber nozzle, a brush attachment, a special union nut, two blasting lances and a special nozzle for inserting the blasting lances.
- The inner diameter of the small, conically cut round nozzle can be enlarged by cutting the nozzle lengthwise.
- One of the jet lances can be modified to form a desired arc, for example.
- For safety reasons, walnut shells must be used for blasting coking.
