  • The PBT-2 ROTOBLAST internal pipe blasting unit is an accessory for all Contracor blasting machines and can be used with standard blasting machines.
  • The PBT-2 ROTOBLAST can be used with nozzles from 6.5 mm to 9.5 mm and is suitable for pipes with an internal diameter of 300 to 900 mm.
Description
  • The centring carriage is infinitely adjustable for pipes from 12 inches (304.8 mm) to 36 inches (914.4 mm) inside diameter.
  • The rotating blasting head is driven by the supplied compressed air and diametrically positioned blasting nozzles.
  • Uniform blast cleaning of the inner pipe surface is achieved with uniform feed of the device.
  • A braking device ensures that the blasting head rotates evenly
  • The desired degree of cleaning can be achieved by adjusting the feed rate.
