Product Description
- The PBT-2 ROTOBLAST internal pipe blasting unit is an accessory for Contracor blasting machines and can also be used with standard blasting machines.
- The internal pipe sandblasting unit is designed for treating the internal surfaces of steel pipes and features a portable design.
- The unit is suitable for nozzles with a diameter of 6.5 to 9.5 mm and for pipes with an internal diameter of 12 to 36 inches or 304.8 to 914.4 mm.
- The rotating blasting head is driven by the supplied compressed air and blasting nozzles arranged diametrically opposite one another.
- With a consistent feed rate, the inner surface of the pipe is blasted evenly.
- A braking mechanism ensures the blasting head rotates at a constant speed.
- By adjusting the feed rate, the desired level of cleaning can be set.
