The Kempact 323 R welding machine is used in modern welding workshops and in metal construction companies for light and medium tasks. The HotSpot function makes the Kempact 323 R ideal for automotive repairs and the processing of thin sheets.

Application

Kemppi's Kempact 323 R compact welder is based on Kemppi's latest power source program, which ensures optimum welding performance and excellent energy and cost efficiency. With a 3-phase 400 V power supply, it generates a welding amperage of 320 A
The HotSpot function simplifies metal shrinking and heating of individual parts with four heat settings. The HotSpot function also allows rusted nuts and bolts or other metal parts to be heated and loosened more easily.
The GasMate housing design allows easy insertion and storage of the gas cylinders and movement of the machine. The gas cylinder is inserted at floor level and secured with strong fabric straps.
The regular control panel allows manual adjustment of wire feed voltage and speed, as well as gas type. In addition, it offers a 2T/4T torch engagement mode, a point/interval arc timer, and the HotSpot function.
Other benefits of the Kempact 323 R include excellent welding performance with mixed or C02 shielding gas, precise and clean arc ignition, max. output power at 35% duty cycle, a large, clear LCD display, WireLine™ maintenance indicator, Brights™ housing lighting, 2T/4T torch function, arc timer for spot and interval welding, and spare parts trays.
The Kempact 323 R includes a conventional control panel, a DuraTorque wire feeder with four rollers, a Flexlite GX 303 G 5 m torch and a ground cable.
