Product Description
- The LIQUAMAT HV is used to extract cooling lubricants, oils, sludge, swarf and other liquids during machine cleaning and industrial production processes.
- It is ideal for use on machining centres, lathes, milling and grinding machines and wherever large suction depths and viscous media need to be reliably extracted and separated.
- The LIQUAMAT HV extraction trolley is an extremely powerful oil and chip extractor that has been specially developed for demanding applications with high suction heights and viscous media.
- With a maximum suction height of 8.5 metres, the appliance can also handle deeper extraction points and heavy sludge with ease.
- The integrated chip and coarse parts collection basket efficiently separates solids from liquids, while emptying is conveniently carried out by switching from suction air to compressed air.
- A hinged door makes it easier to clean the container and significantly reduces maintenance work.
- In addition, the integrated oil mist filtration ensures a clean working environment.
