Product Description
- The milling pin is suitable for machining, deburring, machining contours, chamfering and rounding edges, for preparing and leveling welds and for changing the geometry of stainless steel (INOX), especially round shapes or drill holes
- The operation can be carried out with compressed air or electric drives and bending shafts
- Milling pin made of tungsten carbide in spherical shape, with special INOX teeth, specially developed for processing stainless steel (INOX), which has a cutting performance of up to 100% and increases the service life
- Due to the low heat development, initial colors are prevented in the material, and due to the optimal chip formation, a high-quality surface finish is achieved
- Thanks to "PFERDERGONOMICS", vibration and noise are reduced, and work comfort is increased
- For the economical use of the milling pins with a shaft diameter of 6 mm and above, a drive power of 300 to 500 W is required in the upper speed range
- In order to avoid accidents and premature wear, only play-free clamping systems / drives should be used
